Coping with high levels of anxiety, physical pain and your emotional health can be very challenging whilst undergoing cancer treatment and beyond.
One way to help yourself is to use an easy-to-learn technique known as Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), also known as Tapping.
Using your fingertips to tap on certain acupuncture points on your face and upper body, your mind and body are enabled to relax and allow difficult emotions to be released.
EFT can be practised by anyone and children can also find it helpful.
